Synacor’s unified registration and single sign-on login give your customers access to all value-added services and paid content to which they have subscribed—from a single user ID and password. When your customers log in to the portal, using the same user ID and password that they use for email, they are recognized (authenticated) by the system.

This convenient, secure, time-saving single sign-on for customers is accomplished by integrating with both you and our content and value-added service partners. Because this technology flexibly accommodates many authentication mechanisms, we are able to integrate with a wide range of partners.

The platform’s integrated billing encompasses value-added service and paid content purchases with other services and products. It allows you to charge customers via credit card or bill; transactions may be billed either each time they occur or using monthly summary totals. Our system enables on-line bill presentment, which gives your customers access to a detailed transaction account.
