New Turnkey Marketing Program Provides Internet Operators with Valuable Tools to Drive Usage of High-Speed Internet for Call Centers, Retail Centers and Cable Consumers

cable Multiple System Operator (MSO) partners in aggressively marketing their

promote their high-speed Internet.
In an effort to provide MSOs with resources to promote their unique
high-speed Internet services and better educate their employees, Synacor has
created Affiliate Support CD toolkits. Customized for each affiliate partner,
the toolkits provide an all-inclusive support system for launching new portals
and premium service packages. Tailor-made for each affiliate and their
marketplace, the Support CDs include promotional materials for Call Centers,
Payment Centers and customer mailings; in-house marketing support pieces; and
training documents for staff members. In addition to training affiliate
employees, the marketing campaign will foster opportunities for increased
revenue by attracting the newly educated consumer.
To support the efforts of their MSO partners, Synacor has created promotional

- Subscribe Now web banners: Ad banners placed on the website home page, to increase customer awareness of the premium services available
- Bill inserts: Inserted in customer’s bills enticing premium package subscriptions
- Direct mail: Full-color postcards to mailed directly to customers describing the premium package offerings
- e-mail ad campaign: HTML formatted email messages will be delivered to customers in-boxes describing the benefits of the premium packages
Marketing support materials go a step further in assisting to position the
brand. The materials included in the toolkit will maximize affiliate employee

Training documents will increase the affiliate employees’ product awareness
