October 11th 2000

Chek.com (www.chek.com), a leading E-Communication
Infrastructure Provider with a current customer base of more than
five million users, has renovated the 8th floor of downtown
Buffalo’s Lafayette Court Building to accommodate their
tremendous growth. With more than 90 employees, Chek.com outgrew
its space at 300 Theatre Place in the heart of Buffalo’s Theatre
District.

“In the past nine months, we’ve doubled our
work force,” said George Chamoun, Chief Executive Officer of
Chek.com. “This rapid growth has been exhilarating and
caused a necessity for us to relocate to a larger facility. We
were able to redesign the 27,000 sq. ft. top floor of the
Lafayette Court Building and it has proved to be a wonderful
working environment. We want to extend personal thanks to the
Buffalo Economic Renaissance Corp., ECIDA, Empire State
Development and all those who have given their continued support.”

The Lafayette Court Building is located at 465
Main Street and is an ideal location for Chek.com’s new office.
Owned by Ciminelli Development, building tenants are provided
around-the-clock security, a full-service deli and many other
useful amenities.

“Chek.com is another great example of how
Buffalo has embraced the new economy,” said Mayor Masiello.
“Our Byte Belt keeps expanding, with more new businesses,
youth and vitality. We are pleased that dynamic communications
technology is being pioneered in Buffalo, with Chek.com helping
to put Buffalo on the Dot Com map.”

In addition to the ribbon-cutting, Chek.com is
celebrating powering over five million e-communication users. In
less than one year, Chek.com’s user base has grown from one
million to five million. Thursday night’s event is in honor of
employee growth as well as subscriber and Partner growth.
